Background and Role

Objective: Identify and qualify at least 50 potential partners, hold conversations of at least 10 minutes with five priority prospects, and learn about animation needs, vendor relationships, and interest in working with a China-based team.

Role: I generated leads through the show’s online matchmaking platform, social media outreach, and on-site introductions. I documented contacts, business needs, and creative styles, then qualified prospects by partner type and interest.

Results

Results: I documented 52 potential partners against a target of 50. 18 expressed clear interest, and I held conversations of at least 10 minutes with five or more priority prospects. The project ran on a very small acquisition budget and exceeded expectations for both results and conversion.
