Background and Role

Objective: Turn the CEO’s industry expertise and business insights into content, establish him as an emerging voice in animation, and show potential partners what the studio could do for them.

Role: I led the project and its strategy. I benchmarked recognized B2B executives, mapped the CEO’s channels, areas of expertise, and communication style, developed topics, and selected platforms. I pitched original content in exchange for distribution to reach relevant business audiences.

Strategy

Strategy: By observing how the CEO communicated over time, I identified his strengths and positioned him as an educator who shares practical experience. I prioritized platforms that reached managers and senior decision-makers with budget authority. Topics had to be relevant first, useful second, and emotionally resonant third. That approach drew people in and created content that could stay useful beyond the launch.
